Raise a Ticket

If you’d like to open a ticket regarding the issue on the device, email our Support Division via sending an email at [email protected] or create a ticket using our Client Portal.

Alternatively, just give us a call on 01263 805012.

Open a Ticket from Ticket Portal

  • First, go to go this link.
  • Then enter your email and click the Next button.

If you had an account with fortify247 you will be prompted to enter ticket details.

  • Enter the ticket details and click on the Create Ticket button.

  • Enter your personal details and click on the Continue button.
  • After that, continue with the 2nd step.
